Welcome to MeadowFordPass's refund policy. We strive to provide delicious pizza and a pleasant dining or online ordering experience through meadowfordpass.xyz. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This policy applies to purchases made directly from our site or through our delivery service, and governs refunds, exchanges, and credits where applicable. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
Eligibility for refunds
Refunds are available for orders that are incomplete, missing items, or significantly not as described, provided you contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We consider a meal significantly different if essential components such as core toppings, size, or crust type differ from what was ordered. For complex catering orders, eligibility will be assessed case by case. Request process
To start a refund or exchange, please:
- Provide your order number, name, and delivery address as registered on the order.
- Describe the issue and include clear photos when relevant (e.g., incorrect item, missing side, or quality concerns).
- Submit the request within 48 hours of delivery for the best chance of approval.
Requests sent after the window may be considered at our discretion depending on the circumstance, but will generally be denied if not brought to our attention promptly.
Refunds and compensation
If your refund is approved, you may receive a full or partial refund to the original payment method, or a store credit for future orders. The choice of refund method depends on the nature of the issue and our assessment. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider. In some cases, a replacement item or complimentary add-on may be offered in lieu of a cash refund.
Non-refundable situations
Some situations are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
- Orders where issues are caused by improper handling after delivery or by customer modification.
- Requests that are made outside the stated 48-hour window without prior approval.
- Third-party delivery delays not attributable to MeadowFordPass.
Damages, shortages, and incorrect items
For damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please contact us promptly with supporting information. We may request photos of the packaging and contents. If a replacement is not available, a full or partial refund will be issued, per our assessment. We aim to resolve such issues within 3–7 business days from the time of your report.
Gift cards and promotional credits
Refunds do not apply to gift cards or promotional credits once issued, except as required by law or as part of a goodwill adjustment as determined by MeadowFordPass in its sole discretion. Any promotional credits issued as compensation will be valid for a limited period as specified at the time of issue.
Refunds for catering and large orders
For large or catering orders, refunds will be calculated based on the portion of services not delivered, or on the value of items returned from the event. We reserve the right to offer alternative solutions such as menu substitutions or future order credits to accommodate large group needs.
